Somehow I managed to misplace my notes... but here goes ... Ginger looks better - the swelling is down- she is going to have a tracheotomy and feeding tube put in place - we are told this will help her digestion, breathing and is better for her. Still some spots on her lungs, but not as concerned about pneumonia. They are keeping her on anti-seizure medication as she appears to have had a confirmed seizure last night
She opened both eyes today, and appeared to respond to having her eyelids opened - "ouch" a good sign. Please continue to pray for patience - it is difficult, but we are hopeful.

Thanks so much for the updates-- we all appreciate it-- we are thinking every minute of you all and praying for a full recovery. I take it all as positives!
Courage and Patience--
Penny
Patience is a big part of faith: "in God's time". I shall pray for the gift of patience for you and I will continue to pray for Regina. She is in the majority of my daily thoughts.
